Our transfer agent, Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, has mailed out a notice to all New York state residents. As a service to our shareholders, we are including instructions for those of you who may have moved or did not receive this notice. In order to keep your shares from being escheated (turned over) to the State of New York you must sign and return the notice before October 1, 2011.
