Mr. Cristian Turrini - Chairman of the Board, CEO, President

Cristian_Turrini.jpgMr. Turrini originally joined the Company in September 2005 as Corporate Vice-President and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in March 1, 2007 until December 2007. Mr. Turrini returned to the Company in May 2008 as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Previous to his employment with the Company, Mr. Turrini worked for private companies and law firms as Director of Legal Affairs in the areas of corporate, international and entertainment law. In his capacity as Director of Legal Affairs, Mr. Turrini represented and assisted companies and individuals in numerous industries and areas, including general business, corporate, securities, telecommunications, entertainment, print and music publishing and distribution. Mr. Turrini graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Brigham Young University in 1995 and also holds a Juris Doctorate degree and took advance courses in Intellectual Property Law and Business Development from the J. Reuben Clark Law School and Harvard Business School respectively.

Ms. Kyle Pierce - Director, Interim CFO, Secretary

Kyle_Pierce.jpgKyle Pierce attended Occidental College and majored in Diplomacy & World Affairs.  She briefly worked for Los Angeles County and United Way before joining Woori Bank Los Angeles Branch, headquartered in South Korea . The first woman promoted to the position of an officer in an overseas branch of the Bank she is currently a Senior Manager & CFO has trained and managed in the areas of letters of credit, foreign exchange trading, money market trading, fixed income portfolio management, treasury management, syndicated loan transactions and regulatory reporting and compliance.  She has completed the Curriculum for Living in the Landmark Education Program, a year long course, focusing on leadership and problem solving skills.

In 2000 she joined the Wilshire Rotary Club of Los Angeles in order to be in an environment of ethically-minded people intent on having fun and serving their community. In 2011-2012 she will serve as President of the Wilshire Rotary Club. She is married to Desmond Reid and enjoys tennis, skiing and golf.

Mr. Dave Williams - Independent Director

Mr. Williams obtained his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Engineering and Management from Stanford University in 1974. Subsequently he worked in management on the construction of the Alaska Pipeline and The Natural Gas Liquification Project in Saudi Arabia. Since 1979, Mr. Williams has owned and operated his own companies in California and currently owns/operates 3 Companies; D.H. Williams Construction, Inc. Smart Energy Solutions, Inc and Del Oeste Builders, Inc. In the late 1990's, Mr. Williams was a Director of Gateway USA, Inc, a publicly traded, non-reporting telecommunications company specializing in international long distance phone service through its worldwide ring-back switches and utilizing its proprietary least-cost-routing technology. Mr. Williams was also the head of the Governance Committee of Gateway's Board of Directors during that time.

Mr. Edward Walsh - Independent Director

Mr. Edward Walsh is the owner of a small CPA firm in Charles Town, WV. He has been recognized as an outstanding member by the WV Society of CPAs and has demonstrated outstanding leadership skills in various civic, religious and other community activities over the years. His firm specializes in serving local businesses and their owners. Mr. Walsh is a longtime investor in Calypso Wireless Inc. but has no other affiliations with the Company. He completed his Master of Science in Taxation in May 1986 from the University of Baltimore. He was certified as a Public Accountant in May 1989. He has served as: The Senior Tax Supervisor at Ernst & Young, New York, NY from October 1998 to November 1990, as Tax Senior at Coyne & McClean Chartered, Towson, MD from August 1988 to December 1989, and as Revenue Agent of Internal Revenue Service, Washington, DC from October 1982 to December 1986.
